A freelance illustrator and graphic designer from La Paz, Bolivia, Salvador has a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from the Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo" (2016). He participated in the production of the short film Abuela Grillo (Bolivia-Denmark 2009). He is also a two time first place winner in the Municipal Comic Contest of La Paz (2012, 2016) and of first place in the plurinational Eduardo Abaroa contest, in the category of digital illustration (2018) and of an honorable mention in the 2019 version. Along with Jorge Siles and Oscar Zalles, he published "Muspay" (2017), a compilation of stories, and the story "El Misink'o" for the publication "Vignettes No. 1" for MUSEF in La Paz. He has designed posters for plays, concerts, and CD's for national bands. He has also illustrated various children's books. "B" is for Bolivia is the first book he has illustrated for Kids' Books Bolivia. More of his work can be found here.
